Cancellation Policy
At Healing Repose, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both of our time and the opportunity to serve other clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice could result in a cancellation fee. Late cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled service cost. No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. If a situation arises that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact Healing Repose as soon as possible so we can discuss the circumstances.
Professional Conduct Policy
Healing Repose Massage is a professional therapeutic massage practice with a zero-tolerance policy for sexually suggestive behavior. Any comments, gestures, requests, or actions of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session. The therapist reserves the right to end the session at any time if professional boundaries are violated. No refunds will be issued for sessions terminated due to inappropriate conduct, and the client may be permanently refused future services.
